Getting Started

In order to take full advantage of all that our site has to offer, you must register online. Registered members can review claims, view plan benefits, make payments and more! So, register now using our easy online process.

Before you begin, we recommend that you have your Member ID card available. Then, follow these tips:

- Enter your first and last name exactly as it appears on your Member ID card

- Enter your complete birth date in the following format: MM/DD/YYYY.  Please make sure that you’ve entered the correct year before proceeding.

Also, enter your Member ID exactly as it appears on your Member ID card. Make sure you include all 11 digits and do not include any spaces or dashes (example: XXXXXXXXXXX). If you don’t have your ID card and you pay for insurance, look at the Member ID on your premium bill. If your premium bill only consists of a 9-digit ID number, simply add the numerals “01” after the 9-digit member ID number.

It is very important that you enter your information correctly.  Please take the time to double check your entries before moving to the next step.
