Payment Options

Once you become a ConnectiCare member, you’ll have many convenient ways to pay your monthly premium.

1. Social Security deduction

You can pay your premium through automatic deduction from your monthly Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) benefit check. You can choose this option when you enroll. Or, call us at 1-800-224-2273 (TTY: 1-800-842-9710)  from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week, and we can help set it up. You can also mail or fax a letter asking to be set up for “SSA withhold.” Include your member ID number, the date and your signature, and send it to:

Please Note: It can take two months or more for your deductions to take effect.

2. Automatic payments from your bank account

Use the Direct Debit Form to tell us to debit your bank account on the 5th of every month. 

3. Online

 Pay online or manage your payments
You can use this link to view invoices, pay a bill or set up automatic payments. You will be asked to set up an account for our member website the first time you use our online payment service. 

Make a one-time payment as a guest
Use this option to make a payment without registering. This is a good option if someone other than you is making the payment, or if you do not have time now to register.

4. Walk into a People's United Bank branch

Take your bill with a check or cash to any People's United Bank branch, including branches inside Stop & Shop stores, during regular business hours. 

5. By Phone

Call 1-800-224-2273 (TTY: 1-800-842-9710) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

6. By Mail

You can always pay your bill by mailing a check to us:

Member premium payments go to a bank lockbox. You must include an invoice stub with the scan line for ConnectiCare to process your payment.
